Cocktail

½ dl	Belvedere Vodka
2 cl	lemon juice
1 cl	ginger syrup
1 cl	Monin Sirup Orange Spritz
1	fresh egg white
some	ice cubes
½ dl	Fever Tree Soda water

To serve

2 pieces	candied ginger
1 sprig	thyme

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the vodka into the shaker along with all the ingredients up to and including the egg white, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Add several ice cubes, continue to shake for approx. 10 secs. Place several ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve, top up with the soda water.

To serve

Insert a cocktail stick into the ginger, garnish the cocktail with the ginger and thyme.
