Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
3 cl	Rum Diplomatico
2 cl	Captain Morgan Spiced Gold
1 cl	maple syrup
2 drop	Angostura Bitter
some	ice cubes

To serve
1	organic orange, peeled into a thin strip using a peeler
1	star anise

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the rum into the shaker along with all the ingredients up to and including several ice cubes, stir for approx. 10 secs. until cold. Place several ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

To serve

Garnish the cocktail with the orange peel and star anise.
