French toasts with cheese
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 2 | fresh eggs |
| 1 ½ dl | milk |
| 40 g | grated Parmesan |
| 1 tsp | dried parsley |
| ¼ tsp | paprika |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 150 g | half-white bread, in 4 slices |
| olive oil for frying |
How it's done
French toast
Place the eggs in a shallow bowl along with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, mix well. Add the slices of bread and leave to soak for about 2 minutes, turning once.
To fry
Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, place the slices of bread in the pan in batches, and fry on both sides for about 2 mins. until golden brown.
