Iced coffee with lemon zest
Ingredients
for 1 glass
| 1 | organic lemon |
| 2 tsp | maple syrup |
| 2 | espressos |
| 2 dl | oat drink |
| some | ice cubes |
How it's done
Thinly peel 1/4 of the lemon zest using a peeler. Rub the rim of the glasses with a slither of lemon zest. Cut the lemon zest into thin strips and add to the glasses with the maple syrup. Pour in the espresso and oat milk, stir. Top up the glasses with ice.
