Cherry matcha latte
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 300 g | cherries, pitted |
| 1 parcel | vanilla sugar |
| 2 tbsp | matcha powder |
| 6 dl | water, heated up (max. 80 °C) |
| 4 dl | full-cream milk |
| 2 tbsp | maple syrup |
| some | ice cubes |
How it's done
Puree
Place the cherries and vanilla sugar in a measuring cup, puree, and divide among the glasses.
Matcha
Mix the matcha powder and water until the matcha powder has dissolved, allow to cool slightly.
Latte
Stir together the milk and maple syrup, then froth cold in batches using a milk frother. Add the ice cubes to the glasses of puree, pour the milk foam over, and sprinkle the matcha on top.
