Spaetzle and Swiss chard gratin
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 250 g | Swiss chard, cut into thin slices |
| 250 g | spätzle egg noodles |
| 40 g | grated Parmesan |
| 2 ½ dl | single cream |
| 1 tsp | dried marjoram |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Gratin
In a bowl, mix the Swiss chard with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, transfer to the prepared dish.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, allow to cool slightly.
