Melon and feta chessboard salad
Ingredients
for 4 people
| ½ | cucumber, cut into 1.5 cm cubes |
| ½ | charentais melon, cut into 1.5 cm cubes |
| ¼ | baby watermelon, cut into 1.5 cm cubes |
| 250 g | feta, cut into 1.5 cm cubes |
| ½ | lemon, the whole juice |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 2 sprig | basil, torn into pieces |
| 2 sprig | peppermint, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Salad
Plate up the cucumber, melon and feta in a chessboard pattern.
Dressing
Whisk the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper, drizzle over the salad. Garnish with herbs.
