Whipped feta with cranberries

Ingredients

for 2 person

Feta
100 g feta
100 g plain yoghurt
40 g dried cranberries, finely chopped, 1 tbsp set aside
To serve
2 tbsp salted, roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped
flatbreads, in slices

How it's done

Feta

Place the feta and yoghurt in a measuring cup, puree. Stir in the cranberries, arrange on a platter.

To serve

Scatter the pistachios and reserved cranberries over the feta cream. Serve with the flatbreads.
