Whipped feta with cranberries
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 100 g | feta |
| 100 g | plain yoghurt |
| 40 g | dried cranberries, finely chopped, 1 tbsp set aside |
| 2 tbsp | salted, roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped |
| 2 | flatbreads, in slices |
How it's done
Feta
Place the feta and yoghurt in a measuring cup, puree. Stir in the cranberries, arrange on a platter.
To serve
Scatter the pistachios and reserved cranberries over the feta cream. Serve with the flatbreads.
