Mushroom tarte flambée with miso
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | miso paste |
| ½ tbsp | liquid honey |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
| a little | pepper |
| 250 g | oyster mushrooms, torn into pieces |
| 1 | tarte flambée dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 290 g) |
| 100 g | crème fraîche |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 1 | onion, cut into rings |
How it's done
Mushrooms
Place the oil in a bowl along with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, mix well. Add the mushrooms, mix.
Topping
Roll out the dough and slide onto a tray along with the baking paper. Season the crème fraîche with salt, spread on top of the dough. Scatter the mushrooms and onion on top.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240 °C. Remove, plate up.
