Pork blade steaks in a mushroom sauce

Ingredients

for 4 people

Meat
  olive oil for frying
pork steaks (each approx. 150 g)
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Mushroom sauce
250 g mushrooms, in slices
onion, finely chopped
garlic cloves, sliced
2 ½ dl meat bouillon
2 ½ dl single cream
3 sprig rosemary, finely chopped

How it's done

Meat

Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, season the steaks, fry for approx. 4 mins. on each side. Remove and set aside. Wipe the cooking fat from the pan, add a little oil.

Mushroom sauce

Stir-fry the mushrooms, onion and garlic in the same pan for approx. 5 mins. Pour in the stock and cream, add the rosemary, bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 10 mins. Return the steaks to the pan along with the cooking juices, heat gently.
