Mango carpaccio with burrata
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 2 tbsp | lime juice |
| 1 ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 ½ tbsp | sweet chilli sauce |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| 1 | mango, thinly sliced |
| 150 g | burrata, torn into pieces |
| 4 sprig | Thai basil, finely chopped |
How it's done
Dressing
Whisk the lime juice, oil and sweet chilli sauce in a small bowl, season.
Carpaccio
Arrange the mango slices on a platter. Top with the burrata and basil, drizzle with the dressing.
