Ingredients

Calamari
  olive oil for frying
800 g deep-frozen baby squid (cuttlefish), defrosted
red chilli pepper, deseeded, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
½ bunch marjoram, leaves torn off
organic lemon, grated zest and the juice
½ tbsp olive oil

How it's done

Calamari

Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the calamari and chilli pepper in batches, fry for approx. 2 mins. each. Remove, season, mix in marjoram, lemon zest and juice, plate up. Drizzle with olive oil.
