Cottage cheese pizza

To be honest, this recipe won't replace the pizza from your favourite pizzeria in Naples. But for a cosy aperitif that isn't too extravagant, it's a really good alternative. The dough is made with cottage cheese and is beautifully soft in the middle and crispy on the edges – it's also high in protein. Now just add your favourite toppings, and enjoy!
