Cottage cheese pizza
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 220 g | plain cottage cheese |
| 2 | fresh eggs, beaten |
| 50 g | white flour |
| 150 g | tomato sauce for pizza |
| 70 g | grated mozzarella |
| 6 | cherry tomatoes, cut in half |
| 1 sprig | basil, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Pizza base
Place the cottage cheese, eggs and flour in a bowl and mix well. Arrange the mixture in a round on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To roast
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove from the oven, spread the pizza sauce over the pizza base. Sprinkle with mozzarella, arrange the tomatoes on top.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of the oven. Remove, garnish with basil, cut into 8 pieces, plate up.
