Pretzel stick chocolate bars
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 180 g | dark chocolate couverture drops |
| 100 g | Pretzel sticks, broken into pieces |
| 50 g | hazelnuts, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Chocolate
Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl. Suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, stir until smooth.
Bars
Set aside 2 tbsp of the pretzel sticks. Add the remaining pretzel sticks and nuts to the chocolate, mix. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin, smooth down. Scatter the reserved pretzel sticks on top, press down gently, chill for approx. 1 hr. Remove the chocolate from the tin, cut into approx. 8 equal-sized bars.
