Ingredients

for 4 dl

250 g kimchi
260 g tofu, plain, cut into pieces
4 tbsp coconut milk
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp Vegan red curry paste
½ tsp salt

How it's done

Place the kimchi and all the other ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth. Pour the vegan mayonnaise into a jar or bowl, cover and chill for at least 1 hr.
