Air fryer lasagne
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 300 g | minced meat (beef) |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | garlic clove, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | tomato puree |
| 1 dl | red wine |
| 1 tin | chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g) |
| 3 sprig | oregano, finely chopped |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| 6 | white lasagne sheets |
| 2 dl | single cream for sauces |
| 80 g | grated Parmesan |
How it's done
Mince
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Season the meat, add, cook for approx. 5 mins. Remove. Reduce the heat, add the onion and garlic, sauté for approx. 2 mins. Add the tomato puree and cook briefly. Pour in the wine, reduce by half. Add the tomatoes and oregano, bring to the boil, reduce the heat. Return the meat to the pan, cover and simmer over a low heat for approx. 15 mins., season.
Lasagne
Spoon 2 tbsp of minced meat into the prepared dish. Place 2 sheets of lasagne on top, spread 3 tbsp of meat filling and 3 tbsp of single cream over it, and sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top. Repeat the process until everything has been used up. Finish with a layer of sauce and single cream, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Place the dish in the frying basket.
Air fry
Cook in the air fryer for approx. 30 mins. at 180 °C. Let the lasagne stand in the prepared dish for approx. 5 mins., remove, plate up.
