Ingredients

Wraps
wheat tortilla
1 tsp olive oil
different coloured cherry tomatoes, quartered
50 g feta, crumbled
fresh egg
¼ bunch chives, finely chopped
Air fry
  salt to taste

How it's done

Wraps

Brush the tortilla with olive oil, place it in the fryer basket (oiled side down). Top with tomatoes and feta, carefully crack an egg into the centre of the tortilla, garnish with chives.

Air fry

Approx. 10 mins. at about 180 °C. Remove.
