Air fryer salmon with asparagus
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 500 g | green asparagus, lower third peeled |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 2 | salmon slices (approx. 130 g each) |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | organic lemon, use grated zest, set aside 1 tbsp of juice |
How it's done
Asparagus
Place the asparagus and oil in a bowl, season with salt, and arrange in the frying basket.
Salmon
Brush the salmon with the oil, season, and sprinkle with lemon zest.
Air fry
Approx. 10 mins. at 200 °C. Remove, plate up the salmon with the asparagus, drizzle with the reserved lemon juice.
