Air fryer chicken breasts with tenderstem broccoli
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 200 g | tenderstem broccoli |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 ½ tbsp | soy sauce |
| ½ tbsp | liquid honey |
| ½ tbsp | tomato puree |
| ½ tbsp | mustard |
| 1 cm | ginger, finely grated |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 2 | chicken breasts (each approx. 120 g) |
How it's done
Tenderstem broccoli
In a bowl, mix the tenderstem broccoli with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, arrange in the frying basket.
Chicken
In a bowl, mix the soya sauce with all the other ingredients up to and including the garlic. Set aside half of the marinade. Add the chicken breasts to the remaining marinade, mix, place on top of the tenderstem broccoli.
Air fry
Approx. 5 mins. at 200 °C. Remove, turn the chicken, and air-fry for another 10 mins. Remove, coat the chicken with the reserved marinade, and serve with the broccoli.
