Air fryer chicken nuggets
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 ½ tbsp | white flour |
| 60 g | breadcrumbs |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 250 g | chicken breasts, cut into pieces approx. 3 cm wide |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 50 g | mayonnaise |
| ½ tbsp | mustard |
| 2 tbsp | ketchup |
| ½ tsp | mild paprika |
| ¼ tsp | garlic powder |
| ¼ tsp | onion powder |
How it's done
Chicken nuggets
Empty the flour and breadcrumbs each into a shallow dish. Place the egg in a deep dish. Season the chicken and toss it in the flour in batches, shake off the excess, dip it in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Press the crumb coating down firmly. Arrange the nuggets in the frying basket, drizzle with oil.
Air fry
Approx. 10 mins. at 200 °C, turning the nuggets occasionally. Remove, plate up.
Dip
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with all the remaining ingredients, serve the dip with the chicken nuggets.
