Air fryer tear-and-share bread
Ingredients
for 9 pieces
| 250 g | white flour |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| ¼ cube | yeast (approx. 10 g), crumbled |
| 20 g | butter, cut into pieces |
| 1 ½ dl | milk water (1/2 milk, 1/2 water) |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
How it's done
Dough
Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add the butter, milky water and honey, mix and knead to form a soft, smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 1½ hrs. until doubled in size.
To shape
On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough into 9 equal portions, shape into balls. Place the dough balls spaced apart on a sheet of baking paper cut to size in the frying basket, cover and leave to rise for approx. 30 mins. Brush the dough balls lightly with egg.
Air fry
Bake for about 20 minutes at 150 °C. Remove, allow to cool slightly, then leave to cool completely on a rack.
