Air fryer vegetables
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 300 g | red peppers, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces |
| 300 g | aubergines, halved lengthways, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick |
| 200 g | courgettes, halved lengthways, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 4 sprig | thyme, leaves torn off |
| ¾ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 100 g | sour single cream |
| 1 bunch | chives, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Vegetables
Place the peppers and all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper in a bowl, mix and arrange in the frying basket.
Air fry
Approx. 25 mins. at 200 °C, turning the vegetables occasionally. Remove the vegetables and serve on a platter.
Dip
In a small bowl, whisk the sour single cream with all the remaining ingredients, serve with the vegetables.
