Carpaccio
½  charentais melon, thinly sliced
2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
4 sprig basil, finely chopped
4 sprig dill, torn into pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp sea salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Carpaccio

Arrange the melon slices on a platter. Scatter the pine nuts and herbs on top, drizzle with oil and lemon juice, season.
