Melon carpaccio
Ingredients
for 2 people
| ½ | charentais melon, thinly sliced |
| 2 tbsp | pine nuts, roasted |
| 4 sprig | basil, finely chopped |
| 4 sprig | dill, torn into pieces |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| ¼ tsp | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Carpaccio
Arrange the melon slices on a platter. Scatter the pine nuts and herbs on top, drizzle with oil and lemon juice, season.
