Vietnamese egg coffee
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 ¼ dl | sweetened condensed milk |
| 4 | fresh egg yolks |
| 1 tsp | vanilla paste |
| 4 dl | coffee, hot |
| a little | cocoa powder, to dust |
How it's done
Foam
Place the condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla paste in a measuring jug and, using the whisk on a mixer, beat for approx. 5 mins. until light and creamy.
Coffee
Pour 1 dl of coffee into each glass. Top with the foam, dust with cocoa, serve immediately.
