Peach Sunrise
Ingredients
for 1 person
| 5 | strawberries, cut into pieces |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| 4 cl | Tanqueray 0.0% alcohol free |
| 3 cl | Martini Floreale alcohol-free |
| 1 | peach, peeled, chopped |
| 15 | ice cubes |
| 2 dl | Schweppes Wild Berry |
| 1 slice | organic lemon |
| 2 | blackberries |
| 2 | raspberries |
How it's done
Strawberry puree
Puree the strawberries with the sugar until smooth, set aside.
Cocktail
Pour the Tanqueray into a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, blend until the ice cubes have dissolved. Pour the strawberry puree and the blended mixture into a glass and top up with Schweppes.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with the lemon slice, the blackberries and the raspberries.
