Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
4 cl	Tequila Patron Silver
4 cl	lime juice
2 cl	agave syrup
2 cl	Cointreau
2 sprig	peppermint, torn into pieces
some	ice cubes
2 drop	Tabasco sauce

To serve
1	red chilli
1 slice	lime

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the tequila into the shaker along with all the ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, shake well for approx. 20 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine strainer into a glass, add the Tabasco.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with chilli and a slice of lime.
