Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
5 cl	Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum
4 cl	grapefruit juice
4 cl	St-Germain elderflower liqueur
15	ice cubes

To serve
1 segment	organic grapefruit
1 sprig	peppermint

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the rum into a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, blend until the ice cubes have dissolved. Pour the mixture into a glass.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with a grapefruit segment and mint.
