Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
3 sprig peppermint, torn into pieces
1 tbsp full-cane sugar
3 ⅓ dl El Tony Mate (blue or green)
5 cl Cachaçana do Brasil Cachaça
passion fruit, halved, pulp scooped out
some  ice cubes
To serve
1 sprig peppermint

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the mint, sugar and 3 tbsp of El Tony Mate in a glass, crush using a pestle or wooden spoon. Place the cachaça, passion fruit pulp and some ice cubes into a glass, stir for approx. 30 secs. until the sugar has dissolved. Top up the glass with El Tony Mate.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with mint.
