Ingredients
for 1 person
| 3 sprig | peppermint, torn into pieces |
| 1 tbsp | full-cane sugar |
| 3 ⅓ dl | El Tony Mate (blue or green) |
| 5 cl | Cachaçana do Brasil Cachaça |
| 1 | passion fruit, halved, pulp scooped out |
| some | ice cubes |
| 1 sprig | peppermint |
How it's done
Cocktail
Place the mint, sugar and 3 tbsp of El Tony Mate in a glass, crush using a pestle or wooden spoon. Place the cachaça, passion fruit pulp and some ice cubes into a glass, stir for approx. 30 secs. until the sugar has dissolved. Top up the glass with El Tony Mate.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with mint.
