Dubai Crunch
Ingredients
for 1 person
| 1 ½ tsp | pistachio spread (e.g. Fine Food Fairtrade Pistachio Crème) |
| 4 cl | Absolut Vodka |
| some | ice cubes |
| 1 ½ tbsp | chocolate sauce |
| 6 cl | espressos |
| 2 cl | Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur |
| 1 tsp | cornflakes (e.g. Kellogg's Special K Dark Choco), crumbled |
How it's done
Cocktail
Mix the pistachio spread and vodka in a cup. Add ice cubes, stir for approx. 30 secs. until cold. Place the chocolate sauce in a glass. Pour the pistachio spread through a fine sieve. Pour the espresso and Kahlúa liqueur into the shaker with plenty of ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the espresso through a fine sieve into a measuring cup, then carefully pour it into the glass on top of the two layers.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with cornflakes.
