Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
3 cl Hendrick's Gin
1 bag French Plum Tea (Messmer)
3 cl Campari bitter
3 cl Martini Rosso
some  ice cubes
2 dl tonic water (e.g. Schweppes Premium Tonic Original)
To serve
a little  cucumber, cut lengthwise into slices approx. 2 mm thick

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the gin and tea bag in a cup, leave to steep for approx. 5 mins. Remove the tea bag, squeeze well. Add the Campari, Martini and a few ice cubes to the cup, stir for approx. 30 secs. until cold. Place a few ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve, top up with tonic water.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with cucumber.
