Blood orange hummus

Ingredients

for 2 person

Hummus
1 tin chickpeas (approx. 420 g), rinsed, drained
blood orange, the whole juice
½ dl water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
¼ tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp salt
a little  pepper
To serve
1 tbsp olive oil
2 pinch cinnamon
2 tsp sesame seeds, roasted

How it's done

Hummus

Set aside approx. 2 tbsp of the chickpeas. Place the remaining chickpeas in a measuring cup along with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, puree.

To serve

Serve the hummus on a platter. Top with the reserved chickpeas, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with sesame seeds.
