Blood orange hummus
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tin | chickpeas (approx. 420 g), rinsed, drained |
| 1 | blood orange, the whole juice |
| ½ dl | water |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | tahini (sesame paste) |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| ¾ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 pinch | cinnamon |
| 2 tsp | sesame seeds, roasted |
How it's done
Hummus
Set aside approx. 2 tbsp of the chickpeas. Place the remaining chickpeas in a measuring cup along with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, puree.
To serve
Serve the hummus on a platter. Top with the reserved chickpeas, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with sesame seeds.
