Grilled snails with pak choi
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 3 tbsp | rice vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 1 tsp | wasabi paste |
| ½ bunch | coriander, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 3 | pak choi, quartered lengthwise |
| 1 tbsp | sesame oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 4 | sausage spirals |
| a little | sesame seeds |
How it's done
Sauce
Place the vinegar and all the other ingredients up to and including the salt in a measuring cup, puree.
To grill (charcoal/gas/electric grill)
Brush the pak choi with oil, season with salt. With the lid up, grill alongside the grilling sausages over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 8 mins., turning occasionally. Plate up the sausage and pak choi. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve with the sauce.
