Sweet potato nests
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
| 4 tbsp | olive oil |
| 4 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
| 4 sprig | rosemary, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp | sea salt |
| 4 | sweet potatoes (approx. 200 g each), peeled, cut into slices approx. 2 mm thick |
How it's done
Sweet potatoes
Place the oil, garlic, rosemary and fleur de sel in a bowl and mix well. Add the sweet potatoes, mix. Arrange the potatoes into 12 stacks and place them on the tray.
To bake
Approx. 40 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220 °C.
