We've rediscovered our love for sweet potatoes! Due to the natural sweetness of the sweet potatoes, these little nests caramelize and become wonderfully crispy on the outside, while the inside remains soft with a delicious spicy garlic flavour. A delight we just can't get enough of!

Ingredients

for 12 pieces

Sweet potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
garlic cloves, squeezed
4 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp sea salt
sweet potatoes (approx. 200 g each), peeled, cut into slices approx. 2 mm thick

How it's done

Sweet potatoes

Place the oil, garlic, rosemary and fleur de sel in a bowl and mix well. Add the sweet potatoes, mix. Arrange the potatoes into 12 stacks and place them on the tray.

To bake

Approx. 40 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220 °C.
