Kimchi hot dogs
Ingredients
for 4 pieces
| 4 | frankfurter sausages (e.g. cheese frankfurters) |
| 1 | baguette (approx. 400 g) |
| 100 g | crème fraîche |
| 1 tsp | Sriracha sauce |
| 250 g | kimchi |
| 20 g | Micro greens (e.g. aromatic) |
How it's done
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid up, grill the frankfurters over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 10 mins. all over.
Hot dogs
Cut open the baguette pieces lengthwise. Combine the crème fraîche and Sriracha sauce, spread over the cut surfaces. Place the kimchi and grilled frankfurters on top, then scatter over some micro greens.
