Radish salad
Ingredients
for 2 people
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 2 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| 2 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 2 ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 2 bunch | radishes, thinly sliced |
| ½ bunch | chives, finely chopped |
| 20 g | Parmesan, finely grated |
How it's done
Crumb topping
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the garlic. Add the breadcrumbs, toast until golden brown while stirring, season with salt.
Salad
In a bowl, mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Add the radishes and chives, mix. Scatter the parmesan and crumb topping over the salad.
