Mortadella sandwich
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 bunch | basil, leaves torn off |
| 2 tbsp | unsalted, shelled pistachios |
| ½ dl | olive oil |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 2 | flatbreads, each approx. 60 g |
| 50 g | Mortadella sausage in slices |
| 150 g | burrata, torn into pieces |
| 2 tbsp | unsalted, shelled pistachios, roasted, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Pesto
Place the basil and all the other ingredients up to and including the salt in a measuring cup, puree.
Sandwich
Slice open the flatbreads, spread with pesto. Place the burrata on two slices of bread, arrange the mortadella on top, sprinkle with pistachios. Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
