Kohlrabi herb salad with Bündnerfleisch

Ingredients

for 2 people

Salad
250 g kohlrabi, cut lengthwise into slices approx. 2 mm thick
¼ tsp salt
50 g Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat), cut into thin slices
½ bunch dill, torn into pieces
½ bunch peppermint, roughly chopped
Dressing
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Salad

Arrange the kohlrabi on plates, season with salt, top with the Bündnerfleisch and herbs.

Dressing

In a small bowl, combine the sweet chilli sauce with all the remaining ingredients, drizzle over the salad.
