Kohlrabi herb salad with Bündnerfleisch
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 250 g | kohlrabi, cut lengthwise into slices approx. 2 mm thick |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 50 g | Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat), cut into thin slices |
| ½ bunch | dill, torn into pieces |
| ½ bunch | peppermint, roughly chopped |
| 1 tbsp | sweet chilli sauce |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | water |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Salad
Arrange the kohlrabi on plates, season with salt, top with the Bündnerfleisch and herbs.
Dressing
In a small bowl, combine the sweet chilli sauce with all the remaining ingredients, drizzle over the salad.
