Chocolate baked oatmeal
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 2 | bananas |
| 300 g | rolled oats (gluten-free) |
| 120 g | almonds, coarsely chopped |
| 80 g | chocolate cubes (see note) |
| 30 g | cocoa powder |
| 4 tbsp | peanut butter |
| 3 tbsp | maple syrup |
| ½ tsp | baking powder |
| 5 dl | almond drink |
| 40 g | chocolate cubes (see note) |
| 150 g | vegan plain yoghurt substitute |
| ½ | banana, in slices |
How it's done
Oat mixture
Place the bananas in the dish, mash well with a fork.Add the oats and all the other ingredients up to and including the almond drink, mix well, smooth down.
Topping
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
To bake
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove from the oven, cut into pieces, top with the yoghurt substitute and banana slices.
