Kohlrabi and melon salad
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 3 tbsp | rice vinegar |
| 1 | organic lemon, grated zest and 3 tbsp of juice |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tsp | icing sugar |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 300 g | kohlrabi , cut into approx. 3 mm slices |
| 300 g | Galia melon , cut into approx. 3 mm slices |
| 200 g | oak leaf lettuce, torn into pieces |
| 200 g | Chinese cabbage, cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide |
| 1 bunch | dill, torn into pieces |
| 50 g | flaked almonds, roasted |
How it's done
Vinaigrette
In a bowl, mix the vinegar with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.
Salad
Arrange the kohlrabi and all ingredients up to and including the dill on a platter, drizzle with the vinaigrette, sprinkle with almonds.
