Kohlrabi and melon salad

Ingredients

for 4 people

Vinaigrette
3 tbsp rice vinegar
organic lemon, grated zest and 3 tbsp of juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp icing sugar
1 tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
300 g kohlrabi , cut into approx. 3 mm slices
300 g Galia melon , cut into approx. 3 mm slices
200 g oak leaf lettuce, torn into pieces
200 g Chinese cabbage, cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide
1 bunch dill, torn into pieces
50 g flaked almonds, roasted

How it's done

Vinaigrette

In a bowl, mix the vinegar with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.

Salad

Arrange the kohlrabi and all ingredients up to and including the dill on a platter, drizzle with the vinaigrette, sprinkle with almonds.
