Jasmine and elderflower iced tea

Ingredients

for 2 litres

Iced tea
2 tbsp green tea with jasmine
1 litre water, boiling
2 dl elderflower syrup
8 dl water, chilled
2 tbsp lemon juice
To serve
some  ice cubes
organic lemon, in slices

How it's done

Iced tea

Place the tea in boiling water, remove the pan from the heat, leave to infuse for approx. 5 mins. Pour the tea through a sieve into a large jug or a bowl. Pour in the syrup, water and lemon juice, stir. Chill the iced tea for at least 2 hrs.

To serve

Pour the iced tea into glasses with ice cubes, garnish with lemon slices.
