Jasmine and elderflower iced tea
Ingredients
for 2 litres
| 2 tbsp | green tea with jasmine |
| 1 litre | water, boiling |
| 2 dl | elderflower syrup |
| 8 dl | water, chilled |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice |
| some | ice cubes |
| 1 | organic lemon, in slices |
How it's done
Iced tea
Place the tea in boiling water, remove the pan from the heat, leave to infuse for approx. 5 mins. Pour the tea through a sieve into a large jug or a bowl. Pour in the syrup, water and lemon juice, stir. Chill the iced tea for at least 2 hrs.
To serve
Pour the iced tea into glasses with ice cubes, garnish with lemon slices.
