Verbena and apricot iced tea
Ingredients
for 2 litres
| 5 bag | verbena tea |
| 1 ½ litre | water, boiling |
| 50 g | sugar |
| ½ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| 5 dl | apricot juice |
| some | ice cubes |
| 1 bunch | lemon balm |
How it's done
Iced tea
Place the tea bags in a large jug or bowl, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for approx. 5 mins. Remove the tea bags, add the sugar and vanilla, stir. Pour in the apricot juice, leave to cool. Chill the iced tea for at least 2 hrs.
To serve
Pour the iced tea into glasses with ice cubes and lemon balm.
