Wrap with red cabbage and pesto
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 tbsp | vinegar |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 150 g | red cabbage, cut into thin slices |
| 2 | whole-grain tortillas (approx. 60 g each) |
| 2 tbsp | pesto rosso (red pesto) |
| 2 | hard-boiled eggs, quartered |
| 100 g | Emmental, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Red cabbage
Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the red cabbage, mix, leave to infuse for approx. 5 mins.
Wrap
Spread the pesto over the tortillas, top with the eggs, cheese and red cabbage, then roll up.
