Wrap with red cabbage and pesto

Ingredients

for 2 people

Red cabbage
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
150 g red cabbage, cut into thin slices
Wrap
whole-grain tortillas (approx. 60 g each)
2 tbsp pesto rosso (red pesto)
hard-boiled eggs, quartered
100 g Emmental, coarsely grated

How it's done

Red cabbage

Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the red cabbage, mix, leave to infuse for approx. 5 mins.

Wrap

Spread the pesto over the tortillas, top with the eggs, cheese and red cabbage, then roll up.
