Prosecco and raspberry cocktail

Ingredients

for 1 glass

Cocktail
3 cl vodka
3 cl raspberry syrup
2 cl lemon juice
fresh egg white
some  ice cubes
1 dl Prosecco
To serve
organic lemon, a little zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the vodka, syrup, lemon juice and egg white into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass, add the Prosecco.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with lemon zest.
