Apricot and goat's cheese dressing
Ingredients
for 5 dl
| 4 | apricots, halved, pitted, cut into pieces |
| 50 g | dried apricots, cut into pieces |
| 150 g | soft goats' cheese |
| ½ dl | apple vinegar |
| ½ dl | olive oil |
| 1 ½ dl | water |
| 1 ½ tsp | salt |
| ¼ tsp | pepper |
How it's done
Dressing
Place the apricots and all the other ingredients in a measuring cup, puree. Pour the dressing into a clean bottle, seal tightly.
