Raspberry & almond dressing
Ingredients
for 5 dl
| 250 g | raspberries |
| 60 g | white almond cream |
| ½ dl | red wine vinegar |
| 1 ½ tbsp | raspberry syrup |
| 1 ½ dl | water |
| ¼ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| 1 ¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Dressing
Place the raspberries and all the other ingredients up to and including the water in a measuring cup, puree. Strain the dressing through a sieve, add vanilla seeds and salt, stir, pour into a clean bottle, seal tightly.
