Millefeuille potato gratin
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 kg | mealy potatoes , in 5 mm thick slices |
| 2 ½ dl | full cream |
| 2 ½ dl | milk |
| 2 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
| 80 g | grated Parmesan |
| ¼ bunch | thyme, leaves torn off |
| ¾ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Potatoes
Layer the potato slices widthways in the prepared dish.
Sauce
Combine the cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the thyme, season, pour over the potatoes.
To bake
Approx. 1 hr. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C.
