Chocolate and quinoa bars

| 50 g | quinoa pops |
| 180 g | dark chocolate couverture drops |
How it's done

Toast the quinoa in a frying pan over a medium heat for approx. 10 mins. Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl. Suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, remove the pan from the heat, stir the chocolate until smooth. Add the quinoa, mix, place the mixture in the prepared tin, smooth down, chill for approx. 1 hr. Remove the chocolate mixture from the tin, cut into approx. 8 equal-sized bars.
