Roasted grapes with burrata and cured ham

There's no better way to kick off a successful dinner with guests than with a starter or appetizer served straight from the oven. The combination of sweet grapes, creamy burrata and spicy cured ham tastes divine. All served with freshly baked, crusty baguette. Mmmmm.

Ingredients

for 4 portions

Grapes
350 g blue grapes
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
To serve
100 g cured ham in slices
burrata piccola, torn into pieces
organic lemon, use just half of grated zest
2 sprig oregano, leaves torn off
2 sprig thyme, leaves torn off

How it's done

Grapes

Place the grapes in the prepared dish, drizzle with the oil and balsamic cream, season.

To roast

Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove.

To serve

Plate up the cured ham and burrata with the grapes. Sprinkle with the lemon zest, oregano and thyme.
