Roasted grapes with burrata and cured ham
Ingredients
for 4 portions
350 g | blue grapes |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream) |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
100 g | cured ham in slices |
4 | burrata piccola, torn into pieces |
1 | organic lemon, use just half of grated zest |
2 sprig | oregano, leaves torn off |
2 sprig | thyme, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Grapes
Place the grapes in the prepared dish, drizzle with the oil and balsamic cream, season.
To roast
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove.
To serve
Plate up the cured ham and burrata with the grapes. Sprinkle with the lemon zest, oregano and thyme.
