Sautéed plums on burrata

Ingredients

for 4 people

Plums
1 tbsp olive oil
400 g plums, pitted, cut into segments
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp bourbon vanilla powder
a little  pepper
¼ tsp salt
Salad
300 g burrata
30 g salted, roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Plums

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the plums, sauté for approx. 3 mins. Add the aceto and vanilla, mix carefully, then season.

Salad

Place the burrata on a platter, pull apart using two forks. Top with the plums and pistachios.
