Sautéed plums on burrata
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 400 g | plums, pitted, cut into segments |
| 3 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| ¼ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| a little | pepper |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 300 g | burrata |
| 30 g | salted, roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Plums
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the plums, sauté for approx. 3 mins. Add the aceto and vanilla, mix carefully, then season.
Salad
Place the burrata on a platter, pull apart using two forks. Top with the plums and pistachios.
