Peanut butter and jelly power balls
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
| 60 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 60 g | unsalted peanuts, roasted |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 250 g | Medjool dates, pitted, chopped |
| 1 tbsp | peanut cream |
| 50 g | Raspberry spread |
How it's done
Mixture
Blitz the oats, nuts and salt in a food processor. Add the dates and peanut cream and continue mixing to form a compact mixture.
To shape
Divide the mixture into 12 portions, press flat, place approx. half a tsp. of raspberry spread in the middle, cover with dough, press down well, form into balls.
